Adult Class Offerings

Schramel Conservatory of Dances offers adult ballet classes, yoga and Pilates® on an ongoing basis, beginning January 10th in our new location. There is no registration fee for our adult classes.  Contact us to sign up or for more details.

SCOD Summer Class Schedule:
The last day of our Spring semester is Friday, May 19th. During the summer, our Adult Intermediate and Advanced Classes will be held as follows:
Monday & Wednesday 6:30 - 8:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday & Saturday, 10:00 - 11:30 AM.
As always, drop in classes are $15 / class payable by cash, check or credit card. 

Adult intermediate / advanced Ballet:

This is a 90 minute class at an intermediate / advanced level. No dress code. Dancers should have previous experience and be able to follow a full classical ballet technique class:

Spring/Fall:
Monday: 6:30-8:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 - 11:30 AM & 6:30-8:00 PM
Wednesday: 6:30 - 8:00 PM (Variations & Pointe)
Thursday: 10:00 - 11:30 AM & 6:30-8:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00-11:30 AM

Drop in rate: $15

Monthly rates:
1x per week: $50
2x per week: $85
3x per week: $115
4x per week: $135
5-6x per week: $150

 

 

Mixed Level Flow Yoga:

Mixed level flow yoga class taught by Mollie Williamson. Times: TBA

Challenging yet gentle practice that is suitable for all levels. Strengthen and stretch your body, clear your mind.

Single classes are $15 or six classes for $75.

Pilates® Mat Classes

Taught by Elizabeth Gilbreath on Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 PM.

Pilates® mat work will focus on the 6 Pilates® principles including centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing, and flowing motion. We will use these principles to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance, while improving posture and alignment. Open to all levels but not recommended to individuals with serious injuries.

Single classes are $15, five classes for $65 or 10 classes for $120.
